I'd like to post a finished picture. But it was after dark and it had been raining lightly for a couple of hours when we finished up.

We were like a couple of fire ants with a large grasshopper. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Yep, we got just a little bit late yesterday, but not much; however, at the moment we're getting a frog stranglin' gully washer. Don't know how long it'll last, but the grass ought to really grow now. /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

I'm not wishin' any mud-bath on Harvey, but I'm sure glad this weather held off until today. /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif

I was wondering if Iris was getting jealous sittin on the sidelines.

The last time I got stuck was in the bottom of a gully with sides so steep I could hardly pull out in reverse even without being stuck. I used bucket curl to push me backwards, but as soon as I lifted the bucket, I just slid back down the hill. It too differential lock, 4wd, bucket curl, and a lot of luck, but I finally got it backwards about a foot and was able to get enough grip to hold until I could lift and recurl the bucket.

So you are right. I've been in the same situation many times. /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif

...but I'll be darned if I'm gonna take a picture of it. No way! /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif
