3-Point Hitch help with my 3 point lift

1992 Rhino 204 aka Jinma
my 3 point lift wont go down and wont move up. I try to go up, but its already all the way up and i cant get it to go down, although it sounds like it wants to go up for the first 2 minutes after i start the motor. I don't have an attachment on it right now but i stand on the arms and try to go down. It worked a little 5 days ago for a few minutes then stopped. the loader and everything else work fine. Any suggestions would help.
