Just curious, did you buy an entire clutch?, or only replace the field coil? Also, if you don't mind me asking, about how much did the parts cost? I could see my self doing a clutch in the future.

Years ago you could get just the magnet for about $75. Quick search on greenfarmparts shows the magnet is now $200 and the whole clutch runs $460. Not sure if you can actually buy just the magnet, on a lot of models they now force you to buy the whole thing.
