What air chuck/ air gauge combinations are you guys using? I have this Amflo one that has treated me well. You get what you pay for many times when you compare price to quality.

The harbor freight ones are cheaply made. CH ones look ok.

There is a legacy brand at tractor supply for 12$!! Dial type like mine. And it is a good brand.

I was wondering what one/ ones you may have as I am considering buying another one. I need one for work and one for home. The picture is of my own Amflo brand /QUOTE]

I use a Milton s506 as well as another Milton inflator slightly different model on the house compressor.
For my rear tires I check them with Milton Tractor Tire Gauge - For Fluid Filled Tires, 5-50 PSI, Model# S-928
All made in U.S.A.

Milton used to make a good one. They have lost a great deal of their distributors though. Same old story-replaced by imported junk.

Thank you guys!! I was actually steering to an upper end Milton. Just as said they used to be higher quality but have gone down hill like the rest. I have always liked this combination.

Are you checking the air pressure in your tires? Why not check and fill in the same step? No need to grab the air gauge, then check, then try to remember which ones are low.

I also really want to get my father one as he would find it super handy between high pressure bicycle tires, low pressure tractor tires and car tires.

All Us made Milton stuff here, two inflators, gauge, and air tool fittings. I like the inflators with the glass guage as opposed to the bayonet style.

I have a Digital Gauge I got on sale at Princess Auto. The first one worked so well, I couldn't believe it, and then it started acting flakey and I exchanged it. I fully take advantage of their "No Sale is Final" slogan for all the Chinese Garbage I buy. I returned a garbage, recon remington electric chain saw after six years!

Anyway. I always take off the typical long air chuck and replace it with a Milton hold in place type chuck. Much, much more convenient, and more accurate pressure readings!

:cool:All Milton stuff here. When I see china on any of my air stuff that comes with compressors for free, it goes in the scrap bin. I have stuff made in china, hard to get away from it but when it comes to air and air leaks etc...It's Milton all the way. I've had the same air chuck for 30 years. Never a problem. If you you want to borrow it, it's right here in MY Carhardt coverals hanging on the Dewalt Compressor.
