Help with adding room

4 inches thick and 2x2 should be fine, a little gravel under them, above ground to keep water away.

I will try to post some pictures of the room. It is completed except for some trim and the outside siding. I will wait until I complete the bathroom add on to finish the siding. I am thinking of 2x8's to make faux log siding. It is cheaper than the actual siding. It also looks really good.
