HOW DO YOU ADJUST AND LEVEL THE MOWER DECK ON A JD 475?

Get a mower deck leveling gauge, it makes the job a lot easier. Also be sure to measure from the blade cutting edges & not the edge of the mower deck.

Don't buy all your parts from eBay thinking they are cheaper. If you get it from a dealer usually the parts are the same price and if you stock order it you don't pay any shipping. A lot of times the parts are the same price from a dealer but on ebay they add extra shipping and you end up paying more for your part. Some dealers will even take 10 percent off if you just ask. Just a thought I usually get something off by just mentioning it.
