Help Pricing a LK3054

I'm looking at 1999 Kioti LK 3054 4x4 with loader. It has 752 hrs. looks great only used on 10 acre field with finish mower.
Also selling 7 1/2 foot finish mower only used this season three times.

He is asking $10,800 this would be my first tractor so i'm looking for all the help I can get.
