I've been looking for a BX22 with a MMM. The only good deals I can find are on the East Coast. I'm Located in NE Wyoming. The three closest dealers are all within $400 of each other at $18,600 to 19,000, two won't go any lower, and the other I need to work on some more. Why can't (or won't) a dealer in the West be competitive? Can anyone steer me to a dealer in the Rocky Mountain area that will deal? I'm talking a cash deal, no financing needed. I'd be willing to pay a little more to a local dealer for the convience, service, etc., but $2,000? Any one know about what it would cost to ship one from the east? I hate doing it that way, but.
Thanks, Kim

Try contacting Carver Equipment, in Dunn, NC. From what I have seen here on TBN, he seems to give good prices and will ship almost anywhere. Here is a link to their website. I am sure if you search for Carver on TBN, you can also get their email address.

Howdy, Kim!

Although it's a little short on otherwise useful information, the Kubota web site does have a dealer locator that seems to work pretty well.

Keep us posted on how you make out.

$ 16,500 from Byrd Tractor in Manassas, VA and they'll throw in a toothbar for the loader, too. He has one in stock. Call Dartmouth Moving in Lebanon, NH (603-448-0378) for a price quote - they go 48 state on odd-sized loads quite frequently. I'd estimate they'll do it for $ 800 or so. May be worthwhile.

No sales tax, either!

Just read blurrybills posts. That is definately a concern of mine. Too bad there are dealers like that. I guess I'll probably just pay the premium price to have the responsible dealer at hand. I don't expect to have problems, but if I do, I feel this dealer will take care of me. If it wern't for the internet and this board, I wouldn't likely know others were buying the same tractor for 1500 less.

I just bought my BX2200 from the dealer in Billings, MT. He gave me a better deal than I could get from Carver when they added in the shipping. I am very happy with him. I don't think I got a screaming deal, but he did deliver it to my place (240 miles RT) and spent 2 hours taking each implement off and putting them back on. Also offered to pick it up for the first service.

I did call Billings Kubota about the BX22 and they were the highest of all of them! $19,000 with the MMM. He wouldn't even consider coming down on price. I did a deal with the Sheridan dealer and they are delivering it Friday afternoon.
Thats about 210 miles round trip.
