Look on the side of the transmission/differential, and there should be a tag on there with a number on it, similar to 917.XXXX. Great little tractors for in the garden for cultivating. I have 5 different one's I use, for cultivating, or making hill rows with the disk turned inwards. In all, I think I'm up to 22, or 24 of them. Most bought for parts, or had an attachment(s) with them that I could use, or did not have.

Easily re-powered with a 3 hp. Briggs. Just keep the engine pulley a smaller size, for slower work speeds.

There are a couple great DB pages on Facebook, and guys are always willing to help out newbies, with a lot of "how to's", or finding parts. One particular group has OP./parts manuals in files you can open, look at, and copy, if you get that number off the transmission.

I even converted one to a transplanter, to make it easier on my old knees setting various vegetable plants. MAH00190 - YouTube Actually setting plants/ MOV02153 - YouTube
