help identify 25' swather please

I have A JD 25' pull type swather. I bought it used and received no documentation. The sickle broke away from the head. I didnt think it would be a big deal to replace, but my dealer cant determine what the model is with the information im giving him. any help would be appreciated. This is what i have for numbers. its a 25' pull type, 540 pto. I found a tag with the Type: C5825 on it along with the serial number 001650W. Thats all i can find. Thanks again for any help you can give.

John Deere 580 25 pt swather c/w bat reel, S#020137W (type C5825)

If so, the base model number may be a 580 and it seems to come in a few sizes.

Just hardly worth linking, it was a line item in an auction here. There's a tiny picture of an 18' model here. Beyond that I couldn't find a huge amount of information, but that auction does link the C5825 to a 580 so there's hope.
