Help! Clutch problem I think?

I have an 06 kioti ck30 shuttle , loader, backhoe. Today I was pushing some dirt around and I heard a squeezing noise from the bell housing. I jammed the clutch and shut her down. Originally I thought it was a rock in the fan belt opened the hood and restarted it and discovered it was from the bell housing area. Then I pushed the clutch a couple of times and it quit. But now the clutch feels a bit soft and does not disengage any more. So I have to put it into gear and crank it into a rolling start to move it. Has anyone else had any problems like this? What is it? What do I need to do to fix it? Just turned 400 hours. Please help.

Have you ever checked and adjusted the clutch free play?

Will be in your owners manual.

Yes I've adjusted the free play to the book at 212 hrs. Clutch has always worked great clear to the point of the noise it made. Now not so good. I'm gonna end up splitting the tractor to find the problem I'm pretty sure. I am not wishing bad things to happen to other people. Just if someone else had this problem and found a solution, they could fill me in. I am also just asking around to see if its a known problem with these tractors or a freak part defect!

Well I finally got around to fixing my tractor today. I split the tractor to find that there are 3 adjusting bolts that are on the clutch that the throw out bearing engages, 2 of them vibrated out. I do not believe that they had thread locker on them like they were to have. The third one did. I went to tractor supply got 3 new ones and now I'm running again. I put this job off because I was a bit intimidated by the whole making the tractor 2 pieces thing. Overall it was not near as time consuming or as hard to do as I thought. Had no issues at all.
