Just added myself to the forum because I used to own a John Deere X585. Yesterday I traded for a Massey Ferguson GC 2400 and dealership loaded to my trailer. Last night on my return homeand I unloaded the tractor it was very slow. Noticed the cruise control was on number one and then returned to 0. Today I took for a ride and it seems top speed in 1st is about 3 miles per hour and 7 miles in high. I know according to specs thatthe tractor should be three times faster in first and twice as fast in 2nd. I suspect a hose blocked and or it may need a new filter for trans and possibly more attention than I may have gotten into. Any advice would be appreciated to its remedy! Thanks
