Kubota B1700
Have a Kubota B1700 . Ive had it about three years and think it must of had a low compression when I got it because it had starting issues in cold weather. Late this winter would not start, even when the weather turned warn. Found compression to be 230# in all three cylinders, so im in the process of trying to fix it in frame, new rings, probable pistons and bearings.
thanks for any help Dan

To TBN Dan. How many hours on it? Have you tried running a compression test yet?

Hi, Dan. Welcome to the forum. :welcome:

I'm going to move your thread over to the Kubota section to see if we can get you some more input on that problem.

Yes, 230 PSI in all 3 cyl. Dealer says should be 450,psi and that when it gets in the 230 to 250 range, hard start to no start.
