Being the lazy guy that I am I thought I would share how I unload my hay.

Having handled tons of hay over the years 50#'s at a time, I find that solution very elegant!

Your rite, some yrs things just seem to go better than others. Its all about the preperation.

How'd you do that? Are you using a slip sheet between the trailer and the hay? Or maybe an anchor with a cable running to a bar at the front of the trailer? Or?

Its easy, I have the bottem bales stacked on thier sides so they will clear the fenders, then I stand a couple of 2x6s up at the front corners of the stack and then put my straps around the stack to hold it together like a block. This yr I was hooked to my backhoe some yrs I backup to a tree, just depends on where I want to stack it. The steel deck and slight bever tail on my trailer seems to help make it work. I do know I am never unloading by hand again! Glad you guys liked it.

My back aches just looking at the size of that load that you're carrying on that trailer
