I've seen a hundreds of vehicles lately with all the rain we've had. Wipers on and no lights on. And it is the law here in NY but not one I see enforced. Daytime running lights technically don't count while using wipers because with DRL you don't have any rear lights on. Detroit should just wire all vehicles to automatically turn on headlights when wipers are on tack on another $800 to the price for a $5 wiring change.
