Harsh Ride

My MF GC2600 is the perfect tractor for my 7 acres EXCEPT for the harsh ride. I use a memory foam cushion but I would like something better. Does anyone have any recommendations or modifications that would soften up the ride?

I had the same problem on my Kubota BX2680. The day after I mowed, I could hardly get out of bed. I thought I was just not used to it. Well, it continued to happen till I replaced the seat with a Grammer seat. Just like that, my back problems went away.

First thing, slow down, 2nd thing, lower the air pressure. If those things don't do it for you, then change the seat as mentioned and liquid fill the tires to the top of the rim if they are not already.

Do you have the turf tires or the R4 tires?

Look into a spring mount for the seat. If they fit, it will raise the seat heigh a couple of inches.

A quick search for, "zero turn seat suspension", returns a bunch sites. This an American made one on Amazon:

There are also complete seat replacements available.

I looked into them for my tractor but there isn't enough width to mount one.
