Harley Rake Uses

I am considering buying a harley rake (power rake) mainly to improve my gravel driveway and level out other areas on farm. My son deer hunts and I was wondering if anyone uses one to prepare a food plot. I know a disc harrow or tiller is ideal, but will the harley rake do a decent job to help plant turnip seed , clover seed etc.

I use my Harley rake to prep food plots. But only after I have disked it. I plant the same plot year after year and if I rake it a couple times a year I don't have to redisk.

Just mow it down to nothing first if you can and the Harley rake should do well.
