Got their [emoji[emoji6][emoji6]]" drywall sander the other week. Work great and not allow the dust to contend with! I use their cyclone separator on [emoji6] gal bucket to shop vac with hose on the exhaust to a board cut to fit in window.

The led lighting ring really helps with seeing where to sand.

Some of the reviews said that they have spot sanded wood floors! May need to try as I have a couple of wear areas.

The grit choices are [emoji6][emoji[emoji6][emoji6]], [emoji[emoji6][emoji6]] and [emoji[emoji6][emoji6]]. Not bad choices for what it does.

I bought a 1-year Insider club membership today. First time ever.
I just bought 4 of the Harbor Freight magnetic socket organizers for 3/8" and 1/4 sockets. in both SAE and metric. They were discounted for ITC members. The ITC discounts, early access, and the free stuff for ITC members, in addition to the free stuff for everyone, more than pay for ITC membership. I usually save the $30 fee every visit.

Cool,
If you believe their numbers I saved $15.00 yesterday. But being realistic I really doubt I saved anything. I bought a plastic... "Tactical Ammo Box" to use as a tractor toolbox on my Kubota. I finished up installing it about an hour ago. I think?? the "normal" price was $11.99 and I got it for $7.00. I honestly really don't see it being worth the $7.00 but it was the size I needed so I will make do for a while. I think a better gadget would have been the metal ammo can, I may still go get one and use it instead?
I did buy 4 of the " Led Flip" light switches the white ones they do seem to work pretty well. They were normally $2.99, and I got them for $ 1.29 Also got a pair of the Hardy Polly Coated Hi-Viz gloves I thought they may be good for handling damp / wet wood. I got their, "XL Size" they really don't fit too well they are too small but for Regular price of $2.49 and I got them for $1.49 I think they will be of use somehow for that price.

I had my 1" drive ratchet break, after owning it for several years, took it the the store and they replaced it no questions asked. Life time warrant
Tekton did that for me as well the new ratchet looks like the Snap-on or the Icon with the way the handle is shaped. "Tekton is good people!"

most of this is common sense, interesting HF employee comments on quality
I like the one idea, put an expensive item in your outbox and let it sit there for awhile.
HF sees that and apparently may send you a 25% off coupon (wish you were back stuff) soon thereafter to
motivate you to buy.
worth a try...
I saw this when it first came out so I think it was a bandsaw i put in my cart left it there for a very long time ,...no joy for me

Or maybe not. Its standard listing no longer says 'Clearance'.

Other notable news:
TITANIUM Easy-Flux 125 Amp Welder at the sidewalk sale is only $130, today (Sunday only) for that price.

And a rant, Amazon this time: I got an unsatisfactory $25
IHOXTX Security Camera Wireless Outdoor.

I went to post a review and got an error message instead: 'Due to unusual review activity, reviews for this item are not accepted at this time'. So no way to warn others!

The thing has 7 thousand positive reviews. Nearly all appear similar like a bot wrote them. But then sorting by 'recent reviews', every recent review is one star and says frustrating and near useless, and the listed product support doesn't exist. First time I've seen Amazon simply refuse reviews. Maybe they have a bot-flagger now?
I did a review the other day on an item I bought the grandson for Christmas. They would not except my review because it mentions ,"the seller," "the product" or otherwise nonrelated topic.
My review simply stated that they billed me for 3 items, and I only received 1 item, and that I could not recommend this vendor. Amazon refunded me the cost of the item and asked me If I wanted to re-review the Item. I told them that if I could not review the item honestly to stop bothering me. I never got a response. They only want glowing reviews at that place.

I've needed a drywall sander on a pole for decades, but only for limited use, like when I'm patching a ceiling. For the first couple of times I used a regular electric orbital sander, piped the exhaust thru a tube to a small wet-dry vac I had gotten on sale from HD for $12. I half fill the vac with water.
Works like a charm.
Jury rigged a heavy rubber band hookup to a mop handle. Vacuum pulls all the drywall dust into the water, just have to empty the mud.
Then about 2014 I upgraded and got a DeWalt DCW210B (5" ROS, 20V battery operated). And it all disassemble to use the vacuum, ROS and mop handle separately.
Figured out small batteries work better when it's on a pole overhead.
