Your 14" Lynxx takes a S52 chain.
3/8" low pro, .050 gauge, 52 links.

Question, is that the same replacement chain that fits the Portland corded polesaw? Looks to me like a 1/4" low kick back chain. Not that I need one because I'll sharpen the one on there many times.

Another good tool for the money.
View attachment 646053

Finally installed the lift on my shop and needed a good way to change fluids, used something similar at my family's shop. Seems well built and you can use the 20% coupon on it.

I did add this Lisle catch pan View attachment 646054 because the drain area is a little small for my liking, same setup I had at the family shop.

I have the baby brother to it, the 5 gallon one. I ended up replacing the funnel on the top with a metal one made by Lincoln when the front bumper caught the edge of the plastic and snapped it. Over the years it's built up a layer of sludge in the bottom and I have to remove the drain cap (no air power extraction) and prop it up to let the fluid drain out over a couple of days. I also had to paint the bottom as the red paint was flaking off almost immediately. Other than that it works just fine.

Back to tools from HF:
I bought the Lynxx battery powered pole saw based on all y'alls recommendation and have been quite pleased with it. The battery lasts longer than I do and it's done quite well cutting up brush and full size oak trees. I have/had a 30' x 30' oak tree that needed to come down because it was hollow and I could control where it landed if I had it cut down, and since the logger was already there with their tree shear, it was down in moments. The pole saw did a marvelous job of cutting the branches up into firewood. With the branches being upwards of 8" & 9" in diameter. The trunk is ~24" so I've switched to a gas saw for that. But, do you know what the replacement chain is for the Lynxx pole saw? I thought there was a number stamped on one of the links on an oregon chain, but I don't see it. I do see the "oregon" on each of the cutters. There is a "oregon 91" on the bar which would indicate a 3/8" low profile chain but a 14" bar. But what is the ordering number for a replacement chain? My Poulan chain saw is an "S56"

I kept the Oregon bag, the chain came in, for both Lynxx pole saw and chain saw. I'll get a picture of the pole saw one .. in the morning and post it for you.

BYW .. the pole saw bar is a 10" not 14". The Lynxx chain saw is 14".

No it wouldn't be the same chain but I don't know what it would take.

Come on guys, we're talking about tools not about one another.
BTW, how are you doing? I read that you said you were ill. You ok?
Musta been some otherbody. I'm fine, family too. Thanks for asking.

I recently mentioned that a wedding reception site cancelled on us for this coming weekend. Their call, anticipating the total Bay Area shutdown. So what we prepaid will be refunded. If they're still solvent.

Oh and I posted about getting lunch near Travis AFB just hours before the first case appeared in the community outside of that quarantine site (Princess Cruise passengers).

I'm not aware of any cases I could have been near. But with this doubling nearly daily, I think for all of us its just a matter of time. Hopefully, mostly light cases.

Do we know of anyone on TBN yet?

So long as my local HF don't close, all is well with me... Need a new 1/2" cordless drill (Bauer), found the smoke in my DeWalt the other day. Interestingly, smelled like rice paper.:D

Would be unlikely to ascertain unless you tracked by comment. If someone is a regular poster and vanished, you could ascertain that they became a victim.
