I used to get them but have been unsuccessful getting back on their email list. Lately I just go to this site:

I buy from them occasionally on line (closest store is 60 miles away). I get 10% and 20% off coupons from them a couple times a month. I guess buying a little along is what keeps me on their list.

If you go to their homepage, Harbor Freight Tools - Quality Tools at the Lowest Prices, about halfway down on the right there is a link to sign up for the coupons.
