GTH 2548

I have to replace the electric clutch and bottom pulley on my GTH 2548, the question is the bolt that holds the clutch and pully, is it left hand or right hand threads, should I use a impact to get the bolt off, how do I hold the crank to keep it from rotating on me, should I use lock tight when I put it back together, and whats the torque.
