GT48DXLS vs TS348D

So that has the Clear Cut deck, correct? I'd love to know how it cuts and as importantly how well it picks up leaves and small twigs, etc. I'm ready to sell this 1 year old $6K POS JD380X with bagger and get a tractor that actually works as intended. Good luck....

Yes, Clear Cut deck. We don't have many leaves so I won't be able to comment on that.

I did notice the cut looked off, so I measured the deck and one side is a half inch higher than the other. It also seems really high overall (I had to mow at 1" to make it cut similarly to the 3" setting on my other mower). I'll probably just re-do the deck setup.

The seat is sweet! Though adjustment is a PITA. There's a wing nut on the bottom that you can only access with the seat flipped forward. Not the most convenient setup if you have more than one user (with different limb lengths).

I got the deck adjusted properly and she mowed with it for the first time this past weekend. She loves it.

I showed her how to use the locker and explained to her when to use. She said used it a few times. No more side to side rocking or jumping up and down to get traction. Ha.

My wife really enjoys the one we got last year. Made me look pretty smart!

My YTH2348 is failing me in many ways, so I upped to the TS348. Will pickup on Monday.
