Grizzly tools

Not exactly a tractor post other than I have some and this is a DIY question.

I've been looking at the Grizzly tools for awhile and am ready to buy another. Last time I bought one only the green ones were available. Now there are white ones under the shop fox name. They appear to be the same except for the paint and maybe some of the guides and fences. Does anyone know if there are any internal differences? or what makes one different from the other? The costs are very similar.

From google : What is the difference between grizzly and Shop Fox?
The primary difference is that ShopFox is offered in independent retailers via Woodstock International (also a Grizzly company) in addition to through Grizzly, whereas "Grizzly-green" is only available direct from Grizzly.Jan 26, 2019 Another thing ShopFox 2 year warr/ Griz 1 year also according to google ...........

GENERALLY, Shop Fox wins in direct comparison with Grizzly when it comes to woodworking tools, is that what you are looking at???
