Just signed on and thought I'd say hello. Not currently a tractor owner but am sort of in the process of searching, have to sell another toy (HD Fatboy) before I can buy. Had an old 2N at one time but it got to the point I didnt want to put anymore $ in it so sold it. I'm located near Lawrence, have 78 acres m/l to play around on, about 45 in row crop, 30 brome and the rest old outbuildings and house.
Anyways I'm thinking about taking an acre or 2 and putting in some fruit trees (using PHD) will be doing some bush hogging (just a few acres maybe up to 5 or 6) need a box blade and maybe FEL if I can afford it. I know I cant get everything at once but for the tractor I'm thinking 20-30 HP and maybe spending up to 7 or 8 thousand.
Any suggestions or input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
