I'm feeling some growing pains too..... I'm nearly lost on this new format, and it doesnt appear to be that different.... No ID on what you have read before or replied to, double replies, no smileys, AARGH!!! I guess it will get better...

If you want a smilie in your post now, apparently you have to type it in. That's really getting high-tech.

If you change to the WYSIWYG to type your replies, you can use the icons on the right. However, I haven't yet figured out the "Post Icons" just below that, nor have I figured out how to use the "Quick Reply".

Been a few days since I last visited the site. Looks like new software being used. Also looks like all the features I see and use on other sites using this SW is not being implimented. reference: spell check and smilies available next to the composition window.

Will take some time to get it all ironed out.

nor have I figured out how to use the "Quick Reply".

To use Quick Reply you have to click on the little quill/paper icon at the bottom-right of the post that you want to reply to. That will activate the Quick Reply area at the bottom of the page.

Ya got that right, I like the new look also. And I think some of the bugs that need working out might be coming from my side of the screen But I am learning something new everytime I log on. So as soon as I get my bugs worked out on my end, will probably be working better than the old forum

I think to get to the smilies, you have to "go advanced"........
