Tiller Gray market tiller

I keep hearing on this forum about gray market tillers. Where does one go about buying one in Wisconsin? I am looking for something inexpensive. I don't have alot to till, but my old body can't take the punishment of a walk behind. I would be willing to drive to a neighboring state if the price is right.
