Curious if your GR2120 is the GR2120-2 or the earlier version now referred to as the GR2120-1? Not sure exactly what was "improved" with the -2...I believe they "fixed" the glide steer issues that were not uncommon. The GR sounds like an interesting product but seems to have a trail of issues...wonder is the -2 is proving to be "improved" or not. I do not think they sell many...my dealer basically does not stock it and pretty much ignores it.
At $9K to $10K it falls into the JD X7xx series which seems to both have more features and capabilities and also seems to have a very solid quality reputation. Also not nearly the financing program offered on the JD X7xx GTs. Would like to "buy" Kubota as dealer is a friend but not sure they have an alternative to the X7xx series or for that matter the higher portion of the X5xx series. TMR

Just wanted to update everyone on the GR2120. Wow, what an adventure this tractor has been. First, the parking brake gets chewed up, next is catastophic engine failure that they attributed to a piece of metal cracking off in the piston chamber. End result of that has been a full replacement of the engine. This was under warranty, but it took over 3 mos to get my tractor back and a million phone calls on my part to both the dealer and corporate support in Texas. My tractor has about 110 hours on it now and I can feel the parking brake beginning to go again. I really think that Kubota is getting the steel for their machines from some 3-d printer or something! Absolutely junky. I know folks who have had this tractor for 10 years with no issues, but not the new ones. Steer very clear.
