Ha, ha. I gotta tell a short story. Why is this magnificent Power Wagon called the Taco Wagon. Well, back when I posted that I had purchased the unit - some smart feller advised to check under the seats for used taco wrappers. It WAS assembled at the Chrysler plant in Saltillo, MX. Nothing under the seats but the name stuck.

FYI - Saltillo, MX is 255 miles due West of Brownsville, TX.

So from the info on the above chart I am assuming the OP is putting a bit of strain on the transmission and / or rear end ? Rest of truck would be the same regardless of the ration on the rear end I am guessing.

Your GVWR and axle weights should be OK, but your trailer and GCWR are not.
An excerpt from a 2009 Chevy truck owner's manual:

That's rated to tow up to a 9,800lb trailer? I never would have guessed it would be that low.

That is why I mentioned he was probably pushing his weight limits. I have an F150 that's rated at 9000 lbs for a trailer but that 2500 has a lot more payload I bet.

I don’t pay too much attention to GCWR. I just pay attention to tire and axle ratings.

You either need to get a Sherline tongue weight scale or when you were at the truck stop scale, unhitch the trailer and go back through the scale with just the truck. That way you can tell how much the tongue weight actually is. That would have given you all your answers. Usually a 2nd weigh in at the truck scale is much cheaper than the initial weigh in.
I've got one & it was great for figuring things out. I rarely use it now as I've marked ballance/loading points & validated how much things sag at proper loading.

Most gravel pits will let you use their scales for free if nothing else is going on.

You can use use a bathroom scale & some lumber as a lever to safely & accurately exceed the scale capacity. It takes a little time & math. Really only useful for hitch weights & I'm guessing has an upper practical limit of 1k or so with common household or barn found materials.

You should always read "up to" as "less than" because of various options on a vehicle. TV hype makes good use of "up to", but when many of the actual figures come out, you hear all the gasps and complaints.
When I registered my truck in Texas I had a weight slip from the CAT scale with me, but they used the mfgr stated weight of 6300# (6.7 diesel 4x4 crew cab short bed) The CAT scale said 8200# with all the bells & whistles from the factory, full fuel, plus an aux fuel tank and tool box. Doesn't leave much room for a cargo. Door sticker says GVWR 10,000#

My 1 ton dump weighs 7,000 but it has a lot in its favor for being light. The 6.5 is lighter than most diesels, 2wd, regular cab, only a 16 gallon fuel tank, and no bells and whistles. It’s 3400 on the front axel and 3500 on the back. My Topkick weighs 11,800 empty.

Not that they ever bother trucks that size but if you ever got pulled over they'd go by the weight on their scales, not what it says on the registration.
