Good evening all. 28ºF for the start, mostly clear sky, light breeze. Light wind, clear sky, and high temp was 54ºF. Made coffee to start day, office work, made hot cereal for breakfast, went to Verizon office and got new phone activated and data off the old phone and on the new one. Process too about an hour, went home, worked on new phone, deleting apps restoring the 2 apps that had to be deleted to put transfer app on old phone. Bike ride after lunch, nap, sucked leaves off front porch, and out of boat, and got cover on the boat. Watched the videos Juan Browne posted on UPS crash.

Frits glad oversize pieces of firewood recut. Nothing becoming a domestic goddess and getting stuff done BTW I have 2 loads of laundry and just finished changing bed sheets to flannel. Good to hear you called the kids to catch up, hope GD learns more about managing money. nice pic

Poured first cup of hot coffee. 24° with mostly cloudy skies this morning. Heading to 34° with cloudy skies. Got shop projects completed and delivered yesterday. Hooked up battery maintainers to tractors, mower and car. Spent rest of the staying out of the cold. Will be spending today doing housework. It will be warm in house.

Good morning, the low is 21 and going up to 34°F. Wind NW 9 mph. 30% chance of flurries.

We got a total of 3" yesterday and overnight. I WILL be plowing today. I'll probably go out about 10 or so.

That is all I will be doing today.

Bill has a big smile on his face, time to plow! Nothing like being a kid at heart.
brrrrr 28 degrees here and haven't winterized anything yet.
guess that's today's job, particularly antifreeze in power washer.

stocked the fridge yesterday and cleaned up all the leaves in the yard.
think I might go put an electric heater on low heat in the rv with thermostat set down low.
I'd have it winterized by now but still one more trip next week.
where I'm going to camp among the cows.

hard boiled a dozen eggs last night, trying to avoid calories and fat in my typical Jimmy Dean
breakfast sandwich. If I eat two hard boiled eggs and a yogurt with extra blueberries, plenty of protein and no meat.

23.9 low so far 25.1 now quick cold shot leaves tomorrow probably a warning cold December on tap I think lots of snow for our northern friends perhaps Virginia as well.

Been up since 4:00 maybe go back to bed. News is very depressing I’m watching what our forefathers built being destroyed bit by bit.

Good Tractor Morning Drew,

so Scott is lying on the beach, on the chaise he had to get up at 3am to get,
but firemen know about getting up in middle of the night..

Well Drew, I’m finding down here I like getting up early less and less When I’m home, I get up at 5am most days and have gotten up earlier. Here for some reason, maybe because the room is pitch black I can sleep a bit later

In any event these old Russian ladies beat me out to the beach the day before yesterday and I was out there at 4am

IMO the spot we have is good enough , I refuse to get up earlier than that !

yes, phone says not connected to a network, although it shows connected to wifi network and I can use the web... so the wifi calling is not working though turned on in settings.

29 and breezy, headed to 47. Got some snow flurries last night.

Mostly, my wife swapped out our sheets for flannel ones last week...makes a big difference.

Mowed some late growing grass and got a start on mowing/mulching the leaves. I no longer rake or blow them, they break down so well and make a good soil additive.
