Paul, I have the same welding and plasma equipment but it is patiently waiting in the boxes for completing the welding shop to get it set up

You wont be disappointed. I bought the TIG 225 first, keeping my good old Miller. I liked it so much i got rid of the Miller, but kept the radiator and liquid cooled torch, and connected it to the Primeweld.
I was impressed enough with the company that I bought their Cut 60 Plasma cutter, and the last piece I got was the MIG 285.
They came out with a 325 amp TIG welder that i would have gotten if it was available when I got mine. But that would absolutely require a water cooled torch to use the power and duty cycle.

Basically a house sized UPS;

(300A charge rate, 80A supply maximum)

All the best, Peter

Actually, I think that it is a transformer with a center tap that can replicate an open supply line, either a hot or a neutral. It has a clever interface using the meter base so the meter can be installed and continue to meter consumption.

Good (Friday) morning. Overnight Low of 6.7C and it's presently 20.0C, partly sunny with a steady breeze.

A very good optometrist visit and, yes, my vision has improved. I'll wait another year to update/purchase new glasses though as I have too many laying around here now.

As always, when going into the 'Big Smoke' you have a list of things to get whilst there. This time was no exception with some clothes, including a blue blazer & formal white shirt. On the way home I stopped at a "hospitality supply" store for restaurants in order to get 6 white ceramic dinner plates to replace the 4 chipped & cracking ones at home. The 'main' stores only sell sets and I only required the plates.

Home by 1710.

Today is dhobying the new clothes. I still have the downed wattle tree to take care of... we'll see about that.

That's about it, take care all.

Coffee is cooling in cup. 48° with clear skies this morning. Heading to 82° with plenty of sun. Got garden pond maintainace done. Found that filter had small drips from plumbing change. Removed both filters and lubed the o'rings. Problems solved. Went with neighbor to Rural King. Did not find anything to buy. Got a call from Harvey (wroughtnharv). He had a bad injury a few week ago. Some 8' poles rolled on top of him. Broken ribs and shoulder. Spent a several days in hospital then some time in rehab. He got home Saturday. Is up and moving. So glad he is going to recover.

Everyone stay safe and well.

Good Morning All.
Thanks for sharing about Harv. He's a tough ol bird. Hope for full healing. Beautiful pic.

64 outside might touch 80 today. In town for a day or so, then another road trip. Major reorgs taking place at various customers.

Managed to start burn pile and started and finished "lawn" in one day. A new record of accomplishment. Literally 12 hours on equipment.

Hope all have a great work week. Be safe.
That's a lot of seat time! My friend just knocked down 60 acres in 11 hours with his 9' hay cutter. Used his 3155 MFWD Deere.

71°F and .01 inches rain

Today marks 42 years for me and Sophie. Still beginners compared to some of you but I sure am blessed.
Neighbor Mike helped pick up my freight yesterday

Haven’t unpacked yet, but will look like this
A nice dinner tonight at new to us restaurant

Prayers for all
Be safe
Have a great day
Happy belated anniversary! Nice present you got there.

I tried 2 cycles of the glow plugs and there was no difference.
Glow plugs burned out would be my first guess.

Dropping the Prius off for front tires and an alignment this morning as I begin another circle around the sun.
Happy belated birthday! Great pics of son/grandson rocketry! Hope you get the rocket down.
Sorry about plane trouble, better to stay on safe side of situation.

Worn out, but have big group coming tomorrow at work. Also a job/career fair for our students. This one is a smaller one aimed at our program. Ruger will be there from Arizona, amongst many others, looking for talent.

Our football team won again, by the skin of their teeth thanks to the defense. Got way too many penalties. They are trying to give me gray hairs and succeding.

Keep up the great pics y'all !!!

Prayers for our team, our nation, and peace in the world.

safe and sound at KOA in Temperanceville VA, down near bottom of Delmarva peninsula.

If you turn right out of the entrance Drew, you can follow that road down to the dock. Restaurant sits at the dock, very good and fresh crab cakes.

Drinking first cup of coffee. 45° with clear skies this morning. Heading to 85° with partly cloudy skies. Grocery shopping went good. Even got a trip into Costco. No line-ups at checkout. This was at 3pm. Got flail more on tractor and cut side field. All went well. Today need to take trimmer and clean up areas the tractor and mower could not get into.

Good Morning,

GM Paul,
Upon closer inspection,I believe you are correct Paul. In small print on the unit, it says, Auto Transformer.
When I got home from work the power company had sprayed lines marking out the line locations, so it looks like my lawn, which is looking very good at the moment will soon be getting dug up for line replacement 🥲
My electrician friend and neighbor is telling me that those lines are buried about 18” below grade. 😒

Good Morning,
Ct, 45 to start going to 72. And although it’s still quite dark, when I went out for the paper, I could see all the stars clearly. So I believe another fine fall day is on the way.

Came home from work yesterday and finally got around to taking my Nautilus pool filter apart to wash and clean all the DE filter elements. Will let that dry out this morning and reassemble this afternoon.

Kathleen wants me to put up some Halloween decorations outside, we have a Halloween Ghost train that inflates and also lights up at night, the grand kids love it so that will be getting done today.

Maybe I missed it David, but how is your new flail mower working out ? I have thought a number of times about replacing my old Bush Hog Squealer with one of those but haven’t done it yet. And since I’m only mowing 8 acres twice a year not sure that it’s worth it.

Hoping to get some radio time in later this morning, maybe an activation at one of our local state parks 😉

Really enjoying my new Vibroplex keyer paddle. Had a very nice QSO with a fellow over in California last night. W6JL, Don Huff from Fallbrook California. He is 85 years old and builds all his own equipment. Quite an interesting individual, so I’m sending him a QSL card this morning. A QSL card is just a post card with my call sign on it with the time, date and frequency of our contact. You can read about this man on his QRZ page. Very accomplished individual.

Hope all have a great Friday 🙏
