Good morning folks. It was in the 40s this am and predicted to get up to 70 today. Suppose to start raining tonight and do that thorough Tuesday. Had a interesting time looking at properties yesterday and more about that will be posted in my "camp property search" thread. A few pics about that are below.

Good Morning
A chilly 48° out there this morning. Clear sky and a high of 70 or so.
Yesterday’s trip to the Vineyard was unremarkable except that it was a low overcast and raining there. Here is a picture of the radar showing the only precipitation in the northeast was along my route. It was clear back in Philly, making the commute in the little plane easy, and got me home in time for a birthday cake for the youngest son.

Stunning moon last night I was able to get this picture with my phone using an app that gave me manual control of ISO, aperture and shutter speed.

Today will start at the RC field with the old guys, then I’ve got to pick up the material from my buddy to make some tooling out of, and hopefully make the tooling.

Hot coffee has been poured. 38° with clear skies this morning. Heading to 69° with plenty of sunshine. Did a whole day of conserve energy yesterday. Did go to a neighbors place a Birthday party. No liquor drinks. Did take time to enjoy the almost fall weather. Dr. appointment then back home for some more conserve energy.
September Corn Full Moon.

LS, good to hear Dona is over C. Hope she gets over back pain soon.

Everyone stay Safe and Well.

Good Morning All.
Hope you're recovering well from your head injury Ron. Deceleration trauma can be painful, no matter which element you are.

Wngsprd, hope that was the O’s game you went to.
We went yesterday...saw Clayton Kershaw pitch for the Dodgers and Shohei hit 2 homers and Mookie hit one...sadly the O's lost, but we had the best tasting crabcake sandwiches ever. Camden yards, even though 33 years old, was immaculate. Such a family friendly place.

Traffic up was great, coming home was a little tough near DC.

Morning all, 51 going to 74 and sunny.
Took an easy day and did pool cleanup and dog walks.
So many deer that it looked like we had a ranch yesterday.

one more hornworm and 2 more army worms dispatched from tomato plants.

be well,

Good Morning to All Who Celebrate! Currently 61° heading to a high of 74°, sunny and clear. This morning when I left the house it was in the 40s. Could just barely see my breath in the shadows.

A good weekend, got to see the firewood buddy and his wife on Saturday. They have a new pool table and some new kitties in the basement. So we shot some pool and watched the Penn State game. Then I took off to run some errands as I realized HF had only sent me two chains instead of the 4. So now I do finally have all I need. Dad covered the pool and put up the wi-fi antenna at last, so he can now utilize the smart TV in the pole barn.

Sunday, after a few more errands to get things for my trip to the Philippines, I went over the log splitter. Didn't even need to drag it out of it's hole. Wouldn't start with the gas that was in it, but a splash of fresh gas and it started third pull. Ran strong for the twenty minutes I fiddled with it, just needed to adjust one of the relief valves. It was leaking a bit of hydro fluid, a couple twists with a wrench and it was happy again. Probably should dip the tank maybe later this week to make sure the hydro oil is where it should be. Seriously don't want cavitation in the pump.

I'll put that on my goals for this week, then just surviving the day job and packing for my trip. She wants me to bring about the entirety of a department store in my luggage, so I'll figure out what I can/can't fit soon.

Ron: Hope you feel better soon! Scary to read about, hope Nurse Sassy will have you right as rain soon!
Drew: Hope the liquid ends up being nothing to worry about. I've had friends get similar diagnosis and they turn out to be benign.
LS: Wonderful news! Hope many more happy and healthy years for you both!
All: Excellent moon/activity pictures! Honestly makes me a bit sad that I have to leave for a week here soon and miss some of the better parts of fall!

All not specified, stay safe out there and enjoy the cooling temps!
Prayers for all ailing and recovering!
