Good evening all and Happy 4TH of July. 74ºF for the start, overcast, moderate breeze. Light to moderate wind, brisk gusts during the heat of the day, Overcast morning, cleared some mid day then clouded back up during day, and high temp was 88ºF, HI 96ºF. Made coffee to start day, and Malt-O-Meal for breakfast. Cleaned up chairs and stepdaughter and hubby came over and watched parade, then went down to boat docks and help the boat ride boats dock and people on and off, lunch, nap grilled brats for dinner and chicken thighs for chalupas. Going out on neighbors boat to watch fireworks.

Bill hope grass cutting went well and Dodge was ready to come home.
Phil sorry rain threat too high for driveway work. Sorry about the fence quality issues, hope you can get to the apartment house jobs soon. The colors are appealing on the iron wood. Quality work as always.

You should try adding electrolytes to your water. If I am working hard or riding far then Liquid IV is my goto else sugar free Nuum. Also drink original V8 after a heavy sweat day.
