Drew, do you have Steel Valve Stems?
the first set of extensions were, and broke in SC. Repair guy suggested I get flexible ones.
you can see from the picture it's just a metal reinforced rubber hose.
I'm guessing the hold down set screw that mounts the tpms sensor to the rim came loose, allowed it to wobble
around enough to break its neck. The valve stems in the rims are steel.

made a quick trip down to TSC in Jamison to get a gallon of Rotella T6 15/40 to change my rv generator.
read a lot of info online, seems very heat dependent. When I had my rv in Desert City CA and it was 110 outside, that called
for only straight 30 weight, or 15/40. If rv was mostly kept up North, 10W/30 is spec'd.
this generator doesn't have pressure lube and filter, so changing oil at 30 hours and one year makes sense.
The oem oil from Onan is a laughable 15 dollars a
quart. I need two quarts. Gallon of T6 was 26 bucks.

pretty warm out, staying inside until it cools down a little and sun goes down.

Hard to believe this not so little anymore girl has been here 9 weeks.
IMG_0855.jpeg

About 99% house trained. From time to time she doesn’t make it off the concrete to the grass. Poor timing or lazy, can’t tell. She does not like being scolded.
Otherwise in true to form female boxer fashion she has assumed the mantle of being in charge LOL.

Good (Monday) morning. Overnight Low of 2.4C and it's presently 7.2C, clear & calm.

I've got a funeral to attend in about an hour from now. He was the minister of the Christian Fellowship Church (located next door to my Anglican Church). For many years he also took up the mantle of "Padre" for our ANZAC Day/Remembrance Day/Vietnam Veterans Day ceremonies... as such, a number of Veterans (including me) will be attending, wearing medals.

That's about it, take care all.

Just dropped by with a quick update.

The sale of the old house closed two weeks ago, and I made what I hope is my last trip up there a few days before. I didn't get as much for it as I was hoping, but I came close to breaking even. That's not bad in the market there.

I moved my tractor and implements to a neighbor friend's place, and he'll act as my agent to get it all sold off. Today I placed an ad here on TBN if anyone's interested.

I started working on a Site Plan for a shop building here at the new place this past week. Had a very encouraging conversation with a gentleman at the county planning office and learned as long as I stay inside the 8' setbacks and don't install too much concrete, I can build pretty much as big as I want.

Since I'm no longer living in the country, and will hopefully soon be tractor-less, I won't be spending much time on TBN in the future. It's been great hanging out here, and thanks for all the helpful advise. Take care all...

RNG thanks for checking by.

Yep, that's what I thought also, a fade away from TBN after no more tractor or country place. Bird is another that was on here for years after his move to town. TBN is a nice break away from news outlets and there is always someone here to give requested advise and there is always the weather report or the fact we have NO ticks here in central Texas. I'm thinking the fire ants got them.

One of the people at the bday party in WV had a sprinter van that they purchased bare and made a camper out of it. Had generator, offroad tires, nice finish inside, even a shower. I didn't take a pic of it but found it in the background of one, but won’t load
