Good morning, the temperature is 31 and going down to 27°F. later today. 30% chance of flurries. Wind WNW 16 mph. Snow coming tonight, tomorrow and tomorrow night.
I've got 6" to plow off today. Block heater already turned on.

Not much else on my books for today. I might get the Dodge back on Monday, but I am not holding my breath.

Winter has surely come to Northern Ontario
I'll be enjoying my 55 today for sure, won't get warm til noon,
going to go turn on propane heat in garage.

came back yesterday to find front door of house covered in leaves, unfortunately the corner of the house is a leaf catcher
from the East. They were all cleaned out and now back again. It's been windy but hopefully calms down today.
I might fire up the mower and suck up those leaves. Going to look around and see what's left out there.
I already said the last time was the last time...and then visitors arrive.

26F snowing low mid 30's for high,3 1/2 snow fallen so far storm ending around 10am.

Outside chores done E muffin time.
Plans for today...once snowstorm ends start clean up walks driveway etc. also 4 roofs,rain coming mid week don't want the extra heavy weight.

Fingers cross once again Giants will find way victory over Saints.

35 outside right now, heading to mid 60's. Should be nice to be outside today for sure.

Replacement fridge showed up, later than expected. Installed and is quieter than the last one. Some weird noise on that last one, sounded like a fan bearing was out. High pitched annoying, intermittent. All behind us. Hopefully.

Worked in Milk House late last night. Finally got bathroom barn door hung. Had to redrill all the holes for the frame and patch the walls up again. The entrance way is not plum and the walls are not straight. No angle is a true 90 degrees so of course when I got the door up the gaps were much larger than anticipated. Since it is a black door on a white wall, yeah....issue. I think it about as good as I can get it, just need to get the handles on. The ceilings are all done to my liking too. Yep I revisited then with another coat of paint. Only a cabinet around the water heater remains to be built. This AM, in a few, I'll be on my hands and knees giving it a final cleanup. The kitchen counter is done too. And the cabinetry is all painted in that area.

Time for the morning chores is past due. So off I go. Hope all have a good day, get some rest and those ailing, well wishes your way.

40.8 this morning high of 60 today much needed rain tonight more rain Wednesday then cold for a day or so. Roller coaster ride. Maybe leaves today maybe not depends on other things.

Good morning TBN!!!

35 this morning supposed to get sunny 65 this afternoon before rain moves in for the next 3 days.
Haven't been doing much. Either too cold or just generally depressed. Been cheating on my steps and walking the dog with the 4 wheeler.
Got out for some necessities as the rain may stop river crossing for a few days.
Furnace guy was here and had to order a new heating element. He said something about a voltage leak on a wire for the heat pump. Worked good for about 24 hours but it is cold in here this morning. Never heard of a voltage leak (?). He will be back in the next couple of days so I'll need to check with him for a better fix.
My oldest grandson stopping by today to pick up some of his dads things we brought home. Surely some walking but nothing special on the agenda.

Morning:
It's supposed to be 35F out as of now my outdoor sensor has failed, could be low battery. Finishing my second cup of coffee and fixing to go outside. Just heard from the man that's going to be doing most of work swapping around and mounting my new rear tires on the Branson 8050, he's not going to be here till about noon. He is still working on combining some corn and is having issues with his old combine. Think I go put the york rake back on the Branson and stir the little bit of nuisance snow that we got about on the main driveway. And then wait and see how the day shapes up.
