Good morning! Just hit the coldest temp in August right before sunrise. 70˚F, 20% chance of a shower this evening.
Need to get to the paint store early for 2 gallons of "Natural Linen " paint color (an ivory color, darker than what's on the walls now. The ceiling does not have to be painted again but the walls must be complete today.

Don, glad to hear your getting a break ! It got well into the 80’s here before an afternoon thunderstorm cooled things off !

He'd make a heck of a well driller too.

Drew, that sounds like you went through the ringer, and helped empty your checkbook also ! Hope your all done with the sadist , oops I mean orthodontist !

Good (Tuesday) morning. Overnight Low of 12.6C and it's presently 16.4C, overcast and blustery (damaging wind warning for most of the State). Rain expected late tonight. I've taken my flagpole down in anticipation of the weatherguessers being correct.

Plumber contacted, with a follow-up text, regarding the Church's toilet. No response yet... which means that I need to keep my mobile handy for when he does get back to me.

I've got a 1400 appointment with 'my' accountant IOT file my taxes. I'm not late or anything; Australia just doesn't have a "must be in by" date, just an "anytime you're ready after the 1st of July". I received a donation receipt last week, so booked for today.

Heck, seeing as I'll be 'in town', I might as well stop by the Shire Office and pay my Council Rates for the year. (A$1,984.67)

I have been sporting zero teeth twice as long as when I had teeth. I don't regret getting them all out. Saved myself $1600.oo at the time and still haven't got falsies.

Nasty weather coming tomorrow if Ryan Hall can be believed. Environment Canada is forecasting 4" of rain for here. I am willing to take the rain, just leave the tornadoes, high winds and hail for somewhere else.

Down here knees are more backed up than shoulders. The limping painful walking takes priority over shoulders. When I went to th knee DR. 3 years ago my shoulder ws also hurting and he did an x-ray of both knee and shoulder - both needed replacing or injections. I took the shots for the knee for about a year and then they were no longer effective. I was going to see about getting the shoulder done after the first knee surgery but then the second knee started giving me considerable pain and took priority. The shoulder DR shares the same office and the knee DR and they gave me the option of shoulder injections or surgery. Since the injections only delay surgery I opted for surgery and there was an opening with in two weeks, so I booked it. Home PT called today and will start the day after surgery.
Let me know when you have your day set for surgery.

Good evening all. Forecast has rain at the end of the week. 74ºF for the start, partly cloudy sky, light breeze. Light wind, sky clouded up slowly, and high temp was 97ºF. Made coffee to start day, puttered, bike ride, cool off, Clean underside of mower and change oil, cool off, mow outside the fence back yard. Stopped to go help move items for auction for this weekend's fish fry and fund raiser and they were already done . Lunch and nap dinner left over brats from yesterday's grilling.

Feel very confident I can deal with most rv breakdowns, which I wasn't the last time I tried this.

tomorrow is a short day, just a couple hours drive up into the Mid PA mountains.
Will try to get up and just go slow, really do want to enjoy the ride.

It's a long way back and forth. I hitchhiked across and back, drove across and back and both were great experiences. Keep us posted.

Coffee is cooling in cup. 70° with with mostly cloudy skies. Heading to 92° with partly cloudy skies. Trip to east side of Metro Detroit went well. Good visit with wife cousins. Stopped at my favorite Frozen Custard stand. Still taste as good as it did when I was a kid. Erma's Frozen Custard. Not sure what will get into today. Going to be a scorcher for this area.

Good morning, the low temperature is 64 and going to a high of 84°F. Wind ESE 6 mph. 30% chance of showers. Special weather statement still in effect.
Heavy rain and T-storms forecast, but they only say a 30% chance of them happening.

I might install the rear work light, then again I might not. Too early to tell.
