All that fancy concrete work has to be paid for somehow. $10.oo/head isn't that bad.
Too bad about tractor. I think in the LS threads I have seen a few posts about ECMs. Have you read those?.. seem current.67°F and .4 inches rain.
Friends leave for home to Wisconsin this morning, been a great visit. Jim and I revisited my LS, convinced ECU is bad. Not to get LS to replace.
Apparently brought back more than allergies, cough is persistent
Still getting caught up here on GM. You guys sure have been busy
Prayers for all
Be safe
Have a great day
None of the concrete was needed. The reservation has turned it into a money making site.It has changed a bit since I was there. I was working the shale oil gas on the reservation doing the instrumentation at the wet gas collection sites. That was back in the 80's.
No charge at the time and just a parking lot and a trail to the actual corner marker.
What's wrong with drinking straight from the 'garden hose'?then home to prepare for Ken coming over to help me install new storm door.

You wouldn't know anything about that sort of thing would you? Now, we are being infested by these bugs!
They are harmless, just a nuisance! There are so many, the ground looks like it's moving ---- sort of a bad acid trip....![]()

No, no, not at all! .....You wouldn't know anything about that sort of thing would you?![]()
That should melt the rest of the snow off...I spent 1/2 hour outside while Junior was in town. Temperature in the sun where I was sitting was 105°F. Later it will be quite humid.
Glad to hear GD is healing at home!Good morning! Low of 56°, heading to 88°. Sunny, light breezes.
LFN, wow, same temps here in the high desert as you in the great north! I'm sure you are a lot greener and have a lot more trees.....
BIL returned to port in San Francisco Bay this morning. He enjoyed the trip immensely.
Daughter called late yesterday afternoon.... GD had bad abdominal pain. Yep... appendicitis. Surgery was done around 18:00, successful recovery. Should be home later today. Always something.....
Still didn't get the yards mowed. Heading out shortly to get done today. Then another PT session this afternoon. Not sure if its doing any good. Half way through the prescribed amount of sessions.
Everyone have a great day!
OUCH! might put some new seals in while you're in there....ya' think?Any problems here? Other than no oil and gears stripped. View attachment 876123
Thanks for helping Drew, Ken. I saw some pics from afterwards of the George Strait concert, and they had put plywood or something down on the grass field. The heat of the day/days had really hurt it, turning it yellow.I'm sitting here totally wasted, hot shower helped, but three hours of working outside this afternoon in this heat with Ken
left us both totally wilted. Storm door is on, all went on fine, glad that job is done and hugely thankful for Ken's help.
one strange thing happened. I took the old door off and laid it on lawn. Went back and hour later and why is the lawn so brown?........
geez, science experiment, sun came through glass door and absolutely cooked the lawn underneath, baked it brown.
I soaked it with water and moved the door. Nice two by three foot brown spot on front lawn now.
tomorrow morning I will get a step stool out and do some caulking around the edges of door.
