TXdon, I use a pad most of the time. So far I have OEM knees. Glad you can get down with help of pad.

39° and that’s within 5 of the forecast high. Grey, overcast and drizzling. Supposed to clear up later and be nice for the next week. I’m getting tired of the mud.
Not much accomplished yesterday. Went out to lunch at a recently reopened restaurant. It used to be a dive bar with a flop house upstairs. Not any more. The food was good, but pricey. It was their second day being open, and not crowded at all. They were surprised to learn that about one occupant a year died upstairs. I gave them a little more “history” of the place, which had been shut down for many years. Was with my wife and a friend that’s a drummer, we played in there for many years.
Other than that, not much until I went out to play last night.
Big change from Sunday’s bluegrass, this was Pink Floyd, Rolling Stones, etc.
Tonight will be different again.
Today is cutting sandblast rubber for the rock man, need to get some meds for Zoe, apparently she has Lyme disease. Discovered during routine bloodwork.

Our Golden Sophie had Lymes disease ever year or so test said. It never affected her and Doc said she had built up antibodies so it really never slowed her down. She lived to be 13

Apparently, Mule needs the neutral starter safety switch replaced. Started right up when bypsssed and battery jumped. On order.

Had hoped to test run my LS with its newly cleaned fuel cap. Maybe just let it run in the tractorshed as I don’t mow in the rain. I did get cap completely apart and cleaned, however no idea if put back together properly. Seems the inner part has 2 springs and a valve. Not expecting that, all went flying when released, so only a guess how it fits together. No luck finding a diagram. Replacement on order.

If this is GH Day there won't be any shadows seen with the over cast conditions we have and expect to have all day.
Mid 60's and calm. Feels colder because of the humidity I guess. I plan to trim some hegdges later today and run a few errands, make some phone calls, cancel some outdated subscriptions I should have cancelled already.

Good morning! Low of 34°, first time since Dec.1st that it didn't go below freezing! High today should be 46°. The forecast for rain is all over the place, from 40% to 90% chance..... one brief sprinkle so far.....

Not sure who asked about kneeling on knee replacements.....
My doc said "no" , not a good idea. He described it as a risk to damage soft tissue against the metal. At least initially.
I am the exception because of the difficulties with healing, due to the CRPS. I can't begin to put any pressure on the knee without pain. If I am able to get down, there must be some form of support to get back up using the arms..... But, no kneeling, leg has to be out straight.
Too much trauma done to the knee with the initial injuries and then all the surgeries. It may not ever get any better.

I do see some large ships going by out on the horizon! I can try and load that AP, to see what is going by here ! But I do see the tankers or cargo ships every day !
Looks like we have some rain coming in on Sunday or Monday , so will try and get more beach time in before that happens !
Phil, curious on what mill you went to ! Central Massachusetts? In Vermont I go over to Adirondack Hard Woods in Lake George ! In Connecticut I go to a local mill in Woodbury, Ct !
