Good evening all. 45ºF for the start overcast, light breeze. moderate wind, overcast in morning, partly cloudy in afternoon, high temp was 61ºF. Putter to start the day, worked on developing financial inventory with ownership of each item. Had long talk with accountant on how to judge taxability of various accounts, finished review of will, need to talk to lawyer on probate issues. Did get ride in and nap as well. Dinner with friends at Mexican restaurant.
Helo sometimes we refer to a slow brain as mush brain. Hopefully ice will melt some today. I hope daughter learns more from this episode.

Billy sorry about cold. Too bad you could not hike it out. I have the same problem, windows get filmy, notice at night and during cold weather get extra foggy.

Well, I actually accomplished something today...I put mothballs under the hood of the Dodge.
I called the dealer this morning, looking for a replacement rim for the CK 27. $428.oo + 13% Goobermint tax and I get to haul it. That is a lot better than I thought it was going to be. This is a spring project.
IF I really wanted to loose weight fast, a quart of milk will have me parked on my throne for a week. I could mix it up, milk one day, cheese the next and maybe some ice cream after that.

I have a new respect for Realtors that keep a deal together through closing, but I still think they should be paid hourly instead of %.

There are fee based brokers who might be helpful for situations involving the sale of estates under a will.

might take apart the pump for the hot tub and if I'm super lucky,
will find the loose connection that is leaking. I'm going to put a folding table down in basement
and try to work on that, pump is not super heavy but lot of plastic to get into

Ron, step makes sense, safer and easier to get on and off. I used to put friction tape on the last step of mine.
we always seem to miss the last step getting off.

funny that when I got my last tractor it had four steps. That was big "step up"
from my previous two and three steppers.

Tesla is being forced to recall just about all the cars its ever made due to the
oversold and hyped autonomous driving that never worked as well as claimed.
Not like other brands have that done right yet, GM's Super Cruise and Ford's Blue Cruise still are
the highest rated super cruises out there. They use both Lidar and GPS, the latter thanks to all the new satellites
whirring above us is now incredibly accurate and can keep you to within a few inches of the center of the road.
I think the use of this latest tech will require navigation system data to be kept updated as a requirement, not a nice to do.

I really like the adaptive cruise on my car. I think it makes me a safer and more patient driver.
Which for someone who likes to pass is helpful.
