Good morning!!!!

Morning all, 58 going up to 75 and calling for rain later.
Kids finally left last night, got some sleep.

RNG - be careful - no big booms

Drew- the insides of some of the lower end pressure washers are mostly pot metal. Once they give up they usually grenade. My sun joe clone has lasted many years doing multiple cement decks, and for only 10-30 hours a year I don't bother getting a nicer one. I just know one day it'll clunk to a stop and I will buy another, the greenworks seems like a decent one for light use.

Big meeting with execs today was a bust, seems a budget planning meeting usurped mine :-( , and I shaved for no reason

Be well.

Old phone showing it's age. New phone procured and everything moved over. took hours, some features removed and cost more, seems to be a trend....

Good morning! Low of 45°, heading to 79°. A mundane forecast for the week.... basically the same every day. We definitely could use some rain, starting to get brown again...

Today's agenda is like the forecast.... the same as yesterday. More mulching and mulching, and still some more. It's looking good, wifey pleased, nothing more needed.

Paul, roof looks good. I was always amazed at how fast roofing crews could lay shingles. Zoe got big-- fast!

RNG, ---- awaiting pics of the new metal roof......
Hope you're able to get the tires seated.

Dennis, good to hear you made it home safe and sound.

Kilroy, good luck with that matchup..... tillers and roots don't play well together.

Ken, sorry about having to shave for no reason.....

Everyone have a great day!

Put a saddle on Zoe and let him ride.
Was going to turn Drew’s pics but good I waited to see if someone else would.

I slept in till 10. Nice being in your own bed.
First business is trip to the church building to see why projector didn’t work Sunday. I was playing tech support on the phone for an hour before it was too late to matter.
And the spring on dishwasher door broke, so gotta find one of those. Haven’t pulled it out yet.
And we got .07” of rain this morning.

63F and mostly cloudy @ 12:00 but the Sun is just now starting to peek through. Supposed to be clearing this afternoon but still a chance of a stray shower or thunderstorm.

LWS shows 0.41" of rain yesterday and another 0.85" since midnight ... (y)

That should at least catch us up ... if not provide a small surplus.

Likely going to be too wet to do any tilling today. Low chances of rain Fri/Sat/Sun ... so that might be the soonest I can get in there without making a real mess.

Got the worst set of blades for the Kubota MMM done yesterday. It's going to take at least a couple of sharpenings to get them cleaned up, lots of dents, gouges, and chips.

Also found a small angle drop and got it drilled so I could mount the blade sharpening jig on it. May end up drilling again it so I can mount to the small welding table. For now I'm just using a small pair of c-clamps which seems to work fine.

After I got that done I decided to head up to Menards. They had a 5" Masterforce (their private label brand) angle grinder I've been looking at and considering since the original HFT grinder took a dump.

Picked up a Kapro post level, a Pferd flap disc, and another one of those hose shutoff valves we really like as well. Also found a 7/16 - 3/8 open end wrench laying in the road as I was about to head out:

Jury is still kinda out on the grinder ... price was reasonable (a little more than half the cost of a new Milwaukee), and it does have three year warranty ... but it did feel a little heavier than what I was expecting it to be. We'll see ...

Need to start a return on one more Amazon item for The Woman and get the paperwork printed out on that and then She'll head out to Kohl's to drop off all the returns.

Not sure what I'll get up to today.

I'm sure with all the rain and cooler temps the grass is growing like crazy and may need cut again but unclear how wet it is out there. Might get to it later today.

Hope everyone is having a good Wednesday ... (y)

67°F and .07 inches rain.

A transition day, completed the beam paining and wall cut in of the gable ends yesterday. Today will be clean up and some prep for the non gable walls cut in. These wall are 8, 9, and 10ft tall. Told my helper Lenny to take a couple days to enjoy life before we hit it again.

Raining as I type, so that could be a factor.

Prayers for all
Be safe
Have a great day
