Good morning!!!!

Good morning, 41 going to 64 sunny but getting cloudy later in the morning.

Yesterday went to get diesel on the van. Prices has come down a bit

Grass needs mowing so hopefully today.

Continuing home PT and learning what will cause pain next day and scaling that back.
Set up a follow up appointment for PT for a tune up. Going every second day and doing what I can do myself at home does not make a lot sense but going perhaps weekly or every other week for corrections should work.

Had years ago shooting back pains that immobilized me. A cortisone shot in the back cured it right up. Was perhaps pulled muscle that put pressure on some nerve

Will order groceries and set up curbside pickup. Some of the points are expiring so have to use them

King Charles and Queen Camilla have their Coronation in England soon.
Quite a concentration of world powers there, coming for the party.
Security will be high and hopefully successful.

I found it interesting to see how they flew in, quite a range from corporate jet to 747.

only if you are into airplanes...I skipped ahead
Japan came in a 777, as did Thailand, Australians came in an Australian Air Force plane, Dubai came in a gigantic 747
probably with gold fittings everywhere.

sorry Putin, you just aren't invited. You've been very bad.

39 going to 70. Blackberry Winter has certainly paid us a visit this week.

BEF, interesting rig you made for your tractor tire. Hope you get the thread size worked out.

Kilroy, hope you're feeling better.

I've been having problems with the phone app, too, on an Android.

Thomas, I'm surprised you haven't potty-trained Boo by now.

Hiked a great area yesterday...Thunder Ridge Wilderness...a long steep hike, but I knew it would be good just by its name...also included a hike up Apple Orchard Mountain...I talked with an old-timer who was bushwhacking up there, and he told me it was the site of an old Navy Base...a radar installation to keep an eye on the enemy during WWII. He said the joke in the Navy was if you were ever stationed there, it meant you had little promotion hopes...no one in the Navy wants to work on a mountaintop. The FAA continues to keep a large radar unit there. I'll post a few pix if the phone app is working.

The trees still looked like late winter at the top of the mountain, but flowers were exploding everywhere.

I’m mobile, better than yesterday at least, but nowhere near all 8 firing…

but I’m looking at leaves, not roots, so I will do the best I can !

Good Morning.
It’s a sunny 41 with a forecast high of 60 today. Started out foggy, but that burnt off quickly. Still a chance of rain this afternoon.

Yesterday followed the plan. Picked up roller from neighbor, I was surprised how heavy it was, at least a ton. It was all the come along could do to pull it up onto the trailer.

Got it home and rolled the runway, and returned it, did some work in the shop spread some orchard grass seed on the bare spots in the pasture I just redid.
Son and his family came up and tested the the recently rolled runway, it was much improved. Zoe love chasing the RC plane, but didn’t attack it it when it was stopped.

went out to dinner with them afterwards and called it a day.

Today is starting with a service call for my mechanical contractor buddy, then hopefully some time for drew and mowing if it dries up a bit.

For some undetermined reason, I can’t post pictures from my iPad this morning either on Tapatalk or the web. I’ll see if I can figure out what’s going on later, have to get going now.

Morning all, 44 going up to 62, and sunny.
Got 10 forsythia out of 25 planted yesterday before the rains came in.

Bank holiday in UK, All the people I work with are going to avoid being in London.

Today plant another 15 or so forsythia and see if bushes dry enough to take the pole saw to them. Son has friends coming over later, so music will be heard.

Be well,

Last night a well lit plane buzzed the houses here. On FlightRadar said it was at 1900 feet. If you add 300' plus 100 feet for trees, does not add up to 1900 feet.
Hard to see, slightly to left of plane is tree top, That tree is not even 80' tall.

Good Morning!!!! 50F @ 5:00AM. Cloudy this morning with showers during the afternoon. High around 65F. Winds SSE at 10 to 20 mph. Chance of rain 40%.

Smooth trip to town yesterday, dropping off roof paint chips, matching house paint and getting that paint code to the contractor, picking up what I hope is enough concrete for the new gate anchor, and a nice burrito for lunch.

I'd like to get a start on the gate anchor today, but I don't trust the weather forecast to keep me dry 'till 4PM.

TGIF gang!

Good morning! Happy Cinco de Mayo!

69˚F heading to the 90s.

Going to try clock repair today on a clock my deceased brother gave my Mom in '97. It's not working and she can't throw it out and I found a replacement motor on Amazon.

Chance of rain this evening just like yesterday when we got nothing.

Kilroy hope you continue to improve.

Good morning! Low of 33°, heading to 71°, but gusty winds later at 30 mph. No precipitation forecast for the next 7 days. But high temps hover right in the low 70's for the week.

Yesterday turned out to be more successful than initially thinking it would.....
Stopped at Costco, $397 lighter when I left....
Then got all the trees and shrubs planted after getting home. Still need to do the bulbs, but those are super easy!

The only thing after that will be to hook up the drip irrigated lines. The main feed is there, just need the smaller lines and drippers. Probably won't happen until next week, but might try to squeeze in today.....

The track bar came in for the daughters truck, so heading to Colorado tomorrow. Road trip time.....
I hope I take all the right tools with me......

Need to get a battery for the garden tractor today and hopefully get the yard area cut today.

Still have 3 more planters to make too..... a 3'x8'x18" high one for a strawberry bed, then 2-3'x3' ones for shrubs/flowers in the courtyard.

Many a choice for the agenda today....

Everyone have a great day!

I know the admins have been moving stuff to a new server.
I had no issues so far loading any size picture.
Maybe this will settle out, maybe not, but can leave the admin a note if it's still not working.
