Work day went well,after arriving home Mrs. wanted me to help with food shopping so off we went I made out like a bandit tho.

Looks like quite evening good chance sharing bowl ice cream with girls while watch numb it movie.

A question for you Texas guys:
How is the Centerville area? Looking at some land about 15 minutes outside of the town, off I-45. Supposed to be heavily wooded and multiple creeks. I still need to get more specific info about the subdivision, but they "can't" send me a subdivision plan..... I think it's more like "won't"..... it seems they really, really want a potential buyer to actually visit the site. Maybe for some high pressure sales pitch?

Do an internet search for "Beaver Creek Ranch, Centerville, Tx" I came up with 2 hits, one in Goshen a good deal west south west of Centerville if I remember correctly.

Good ('Ash' Wednesday) morning. Overnight Low of 9C and it's presently 20.4C, slightly overcast and calm (although quite 'gusty' yesterday arvo = 48kph a few times).

Doctor appointment went very well... new scripts printed, bp is good, cholesterol and diabetes level down AND I've, somehow, lost a couple of kilos in weight. [No, I do NOT have a scale in my house. ]

Well, it's 'into town' day for groceries and I'll pick up a couple of scripts. Later on, at 1530, I'll head into Church for Ash Wednesday service.

He did try a jump 1 1/2 hrs afterwards, he came tumbling down but caught himself on the dryer.

Yeah, looked at a bunch in the area. One of my 'requirements' is to have community or public water. But, I want acreage.... sometimes that's tough to find.
I have had enough well problems over the last 40 years that I don't want anything to do with a well again! ---- unless there is one existing, and it tests ok. No way will I drill one again.
