Good Morning!!!! And Merry Christmas! 50F @ 4:30AM. Areas of fog early, then partly cloudy this afternoon. High 57F. Winds light and variable.
Yesterday and today we were under a dense fog advisory, but the fog stayed down in the valley, and it was sunny and warm here in the foothills. Hoping for more of the same today.

Glad to hear most of you are getting by OK in the cold weather.

Burn pile fired right up with the first load of slash yesterday morning, and I kept it going 'till dark. I'm a little less than half way through the brush pile I'm working on, and won't finish today. Probably won't get through the rest of it tomorrow before it starts raining, either.

The grocery store had whole turkeys on sale for sixty-eight cents a pound this week, so I brought home a fourteen pounder and will get that into the oven this morning. It's been long enough since I cooked one that I'll be looking up a recipe.

Good morning! Merry Christmas!
17˚F with cloudless skies and full sun, it's heading to the upper 40s. This morning is our last morning in the teens for the year.

Our Christmas presents were really nice warm clothes from Duluth

My neighbor with the ng generator, (who now knows was useless when the ng pressure drops) wanted to go along with us to the Christmas Eve service, but canceled at the last minute because her daughter had covid and she was exposed to her. This is the neighbor that has been so careful, gets her groceries delivered and handles her garbage cans with gloves and wears a mask if anyone comes within 10 feet of her. She was just starting to let her guard down. She tested negative on her first test.
