Good evening all. 67ºF for the start, mostly clear sly, very light breeze. Light wind, partly cloudy sky, and high temp was 96ºF. Humidity lower today. Bike rid to start day, putter with true rear wheel on Trek, looked at bearing adjustment on Volagi but no thinwall sockets. Will try Peugeot new rear wheel tomorrow. Did get nap in.

How was it prepared. We can buy the large jackfruit locally at the grocery store's produce dept. I have only used the canned jackfruit as pulled pork.

I believe she told Sophie it was raw, just sliced into strips.

Thanks, wife said she will go tomorrow so we will go see the lot again. Got drone batteries charged this time. Want to see a couple of the corners.

Pole barn estimate 30x40x12 almost $40k, another $10k for concrete.
A 10x20 ft shed runs about $13k delivered.

I could probably build that size shed for under $3k.

So your not going to just move the one you rebuilt over the summer?
Take it apart and reassemble it?

My oven roasted veggies and shrimp came out great. Used thawed out , frozen veggies and they were more steamed than roasted, but seasoning was terrific. Maybe next time I’ll allow longer cook time before adding the shrimp which came out perfect. I do have a decent portion left over, maybe I’ll remove the shrimp and try doing the veggies in the air fryer, then read the shrimp.

Guys lost at H&F but it was a fun game.

46° now high in the mid 50’s and mostly sunny, NW wind 10-20 mph with gusts around 30.

Not long after I posted about hearing boomers in the distance yesterday morning a cell came over with a huge boom and crack of lightening, I don’t know who was more startled me or the dog lol. Rained most of the day, we got 2.25” which sure helps.

Need to pick up some groceries this morning and a few other errands. Not sure what else I can get into today just take it as it comes.

Vietnamese dinner last night was good. I had a beef pho soup that I liked, not too much lemongrass, beef was uninspired, should have ordered shrimp.
Service was awful and a table of ten older women nearby that was incredibly loud on my ears. By the time that group got into the second and third bottle
of BYOB wine, noise was enough my friend knew it was time for me to leave. Tinnitus was almost overwhelming from the cackle of some of those women.
My issue, not theirs, they were having a great time and should.

BEF, hope your job change and trip to Roanoke goes well for you. we got a 14 by 24 ft garage shed delivered from a Mennonite builder in southern PA a few years ago. It is well built and delivery and placement went very well.
Roy wish you speedy recovery.
I am grateful for doing well at 80 years old and my shoulder, knee pain and stiffness is not that bad and does not hinder me in pursuing want I want to do.
OK need to get on with doing my morning walk and exercises

Good morning! 67˚F heading to the upper 90s. Wednesday went to mom's and did a major 7 hour cleaning. I did the garage and the outside in the 99˚ heat and my wife did the inside of the house. They were bailing her field and making large square bails. This is the only the second cutting this year. They were lucky they got the end of August rains.
Yesterday was another 99˚ day on the tractor at the adventure farm, and yes people do come out in the heat, There were plenty of very red faces that were grateful for a shaded trailer ride back up the hill. I am so ready for that cool weather some of ya'll are having.
