I'm mostly still catching up on things here
RNG - the drone neighbour proably has his name on the stupid drone, or a phone number or some identifier. I think a potato gun that can shoot a net out to capture the drone would be good. Drone Wars might also be a reasonable option.
I hope that this matter gets resolved soon.
We've had a day or two now where the temperatures hit 30, 31 C (about 90 F) no breeze, light rain ... just enough to keep the mud alive
