Ken & Drew. Actually his second device. 1st was a take on the old fashion ear horn, bur apparently users had a problem getting proper seal at the ear, but still effective as a 1 to 1 device.
As for the newer device, speak into a microphone that processes thru an electronic board to a speaker. Anyone within range can hear. Of course they would require their own to speak back. To be honest, a fair amount of the technological explanation ( Keith is an electrical engineer) was lost on me. Still interesting.

77 and bright sun, weather forecast totally wrong, no rain, but storms due in later, tail end of system but basically it fell apart before it got here.

Spent some of the weekend at the ballpark, grandson had three games with the travel ball team. He had a good weekend, 6 for 7 with two walks and a HBP. One double and three RBI. He also threw out two runner stealing.

OK, piddling projects done for today. Plants transferred, new perennial seeds started (late). Put up some ball jar fairy lights and brackets on the completed part of the fence. I'll have to wait until after dark when they turn on to get some pics.
We have some on the other courtyard fence, added the finishing touch to the area. Nice glow at night.
Putting sirloin burgers on the grill now for an early dinner.

Never was a cat guy (prefer dogs), but stepdaughter has two and I take care of them now and then...definitely loving those kitties (both full grown) So, we got Margeaux...who's just a big (70-80 pound) puppy and Ollie and Abbie

So the neighbors mom took 2 of the kittens, and their daughter took the last 2. And momma got fixed today, so no more.

before I started a boring hour of stuffing envelopes for a fund drive at church, I weeded one of the gardens there, having thought it would have rained like mad
before hand. But rain held off until after 6pm, so the weeding was terribly hard, had to beat on weeds with a sharpened loop weeder, very rocky, not what I should be doing and
my swollen wrists are now talking to me. So I only did half. Have to know when to fold them.

Cats or dogs, all your pics are great. Likely a bunch of pampered pets, which is good

Between the catcher’s gear and the bat, you’re looking at about $700. It was bad enough when I was coaching, it’s ridiculous now for the good equipment.
