Bird, the stories that could be told of all those folks passing through

local disposal company just sent email saying costs were up, up etc and expect significant rate increases.

Sure am glad I locked in fuel oil pricing at 2.69; thought that was terrible based on year before but I would hate to be paying
spot prices for heating oil now. Real gotcha.

I think Murray Kentucky has one of the last dairy Queens with no restrooms no inside seating. I'm 71 and it's the same block building all of my life.

Dublin Pa has one like that. It’s been there for 40 years that I know of. It’s closed for the winter as well.

If you look closely you can see the ambulance heading for our ship. One guest had a heart attack. She survived but did not have travel insurance and her family was going to drive to Mexico to pick her up. This was in Costa Maya.

My Wife got a call from her aunt this weekend that one of her (aunt's) cousins was on vacation in Puerto Rico last week when his wife had a heart attack and died. He is the funeral director in our hometown who took care of my Wife's father back in December. Those kind of events are stressful enough on their own. I can't imagine going through that thousands of miles from home and in a different country.

Good evening all. 25ºF for the start, clear sky light breeze. Light to moderate wind, mostly clear sky some high cirrus, and high temp was 65ºF, DP 16ºF. Putter this morning, took wife to lunch and grocery shopping, then out for bike ride, no nap Did finish up wipe of old computer and OS reinstall, time to find it new home.
Roy sounds like a good day to have stayed home.

Bird I lived next to St Peters in St Charles County, MO. 1970Census, 500 people, 2010 census, 100K people. Did not take 65 years for that kind of change

Had to make a payment to kubota over the phone tonight, postoffice never delivered my payment last month, that covered 3 months.
Then had to call to get a person, my online account said it was closed. Kubota guy was just as confused as me, as to why they closed my account. He has to get their IT people involved.

Due to the short month, had 2 other bills sneak up due tomorrow, so got them paid online.

Now going thru and gathering docs for the financial planner.

Then son called and talked a couple hours, so welcome to March.

Trash guy took it all. You know, when they started roadside recycling, the trash guy never reduced their rates with the 50% reduction in trash, so I don’t feel too bad putting some extra out. There’s some weeks I don’t have any, or just a bag.

I don't know how much but the block heater is turned on. I will go out about 9 and check.

North Bay trip highlight was getting a new battery in my 25 year watch. I got my 'gold watch' (25 years of service) 12 years ago and am now trying for a 50 year watch. A French group owns us now, so I will probably get a kick in the azz.
