66°F snd no rain.

With the mowing caught up seems a good day to tackle tiling the shower, at least getting it started. Never worked with this tile before so might be a learning curve. If I can get the starter courses in by end of the day it will be a good day. Planning and prep first.

Still researching the 4x4 UTV. With the holiday over, hopefully get some email responses. No candidate Mules on the Island and Kubota hasn’t responded yet.

Prayers for all
Be safe
Have a great day

Started to clean up odds and ends pile behind the shed, guess I better just close my eyes throw most of it away.

No plans for the evening just going to numb it.

Enjoy your evening all.

Has anyone had an antibody covid test after having covid or being vaccinated. What were the results in U/ml?

it sure is a nice dirt sifter, and after I realized RNG wasn't going to mount it on the front of his truck and do a Mad Max reenactment...,
all I could think of is how RS would like to borrow it. He's always sifting stuff...

making progress on computers this morning, but pc still won't cooperate after defeating all (??) nanny software, I still couldn't get my Microsoft
Office software, which I bought many months ago, to load. I looked it up, likely security software conflict. But I went to the right page and it said everything was turned off.
Did I need to reboot the pc then?

good news is I got laptop to work, deleted old Google account, made a new gmail account, and now trying to add private email address at school server as secondary email.
waiting on password
I think they want all school board emails to go through that server, I'm sure for some security purposes. I asked them if my new gmail address, if I can ever get it to work, will be more
secure than my hotmail one I've had forever, and he said yes. Ok... Particularly if I'm going on Finance and Investment committees, lot of private stuff floating around.
I'm thinking they feel a lot of fleas can come aboard with the hotmail dog, and they want to provide a barrier. I've had several friends whose email accounts were hacked and I got
spam emails afterwards.
My brother lost his iPhone many years ago and sadly he had my Gmail address in it. I started getting spam immediately from dozens of sources. After a year or so of that I tried to delete my Google account but after several tries and no success I gave up. I had to delete my youtube account as well in the attempt so lost about 90 or so videos and my Google account is still there. So, I gave up and opened a new Gmail and just deleted the old one off my computer so I don't get to see it any more. They can send as much spam as they like now. LOL. I never use the new Gmail now but wanted Youtube so I can post vids. I also opened a secure email account and never had a problem with it. (Protonmail)

Amazon sells the plastic hanging storage bins, and a 36” x 19” mount panel, so for $80 I can get a fair amount of storage that I can attach to a wall. Or come up with my own cabinet design.

Leaving work I noticed low tire light on. Back rear has 10# and my air pump isn’t in vehicle. Made it to Costco tire shop ( where I got tires) now to wait.

My Mustang doesn't come with a spare. It has a small compressor in the spare tyre well. Not sure how much use it would be. I could buy a emergency spare but I'll take the chance.

My Kia Stinger came without a spare and just a can of slime. I made them give me a spare or the sale was off. There is no way I would have a vehicle without a spare. I have had many flats.

I have only ever had one flat in my Honda (nail) and I noticed it at home and just put a plug in it. I replaced the tyre a bit after that. I had one in the front tyre of my tractor and just put a new tube in it.

I left my jump starter/ air pump with my son at college, but noticed the cord to charge it is in my vehicle. I think extension cord w plug on end might work.
My local Costco has a jump starter / compressor again, maybe this one does also. Guess I can look while waiting.

Well, got most of the 250 hr service done.... everything greased (including me) (wish i had a zerk in the new knee). Still have to change out the hydraulic fluid but I couldn't find a 10 gal container that will fit under both drains. I will probably get a 'disposable' storage container for the job from Wally World.

I have 3 of the small oil change containers, but I can see half of the fluid splashing all over the floor, then a bunch more switching them when full....😬🤭

Popgadget, I saw this over in the "groan" forum thread and instantly thought of your wifey....

....not sure why that copied so big, but it'll help us old guys see it better!

Buppies, If I went to a beach, I probably wouldn't leave.....

Drew, our garden is just about done.... tomatoes barely have any leaves left, just a few roma tomatoes are finishing ripening. Zucchini has one more on the vine. These are all outside and our nighttime temps are getting too cold. Lettuce and herbs are still in the greenhouse and doing ok. White onions, garlic, bell peppers, and the strawberries are loving it!

RNG, nice grizzly. I am lucky.... no need for one here. We are at the base of the mountains.... all soil that has washed down over the last millennium.... I can dig 7-8' down before I find a rock!

We had an early dinner, grilled pork chops and a concoction the wifey made with fresh picked yellow peppers, onion, garlic, cilantro, diced scallions, basil. First simmered in olive oil, then smothered in homemade Italian gravy with Ziti. All sprinkled with parmeson and romano cheese. MMMM...MMMM

Gonna take it easy this evening, watch the sunset from the porch, then elevate the knee and watch some PBS.

Everyone have a good evening!

Only job today apart from a trip to the chemist to get some BP tablets was to fit the Pats Quick Link Hitch system to my 3PL. Went without a hitch. (pun not intended) Hopefully it will be easier to change implements in the future. Been having trouble doing that because of my hands etc.
