I have a question for you Texas guys... anyone know any details about "The ranches at Woodland Ridge" ? It is outside of Walnut Springs and Glenrose Tx. They mention paved streets, power and internet, but don't say anything about water. Is there good ground water / wells in that area?

Not a bad price for 5 acres and a dried in "barndominium".... $99K

60°F and 0 rain, a chilly night. That way pretty much across the state.

The vaccination Zoom was interesting, worthwhile. The Lt Governor (still a practicing Dr from Kona) gave great info and answered good questions. Much better than the news bites. Daunting task, but we are getting our % share based on population and overall the State is in excellent shape even though vaccine supply is currently only about 50% of capacity they are able to handle. I did get a sense that the 1b group is expanding at the expense of the 65-74 group. Mixed feelings about that if taken to extreme.

I gave up fishing in winter. It took too long to cut a hole in the ice to put the boat in and trolling was out of the question.

Seems that would add an exercise component.

Part of my morning habit is do the apple watch afib scan. I also do the breathing exercise. Figure if I get past those 2 I’m probably good for the day.

I live in area where ice fishing is popular. I too gave up on it because I never caught any. Ice likes Jack Daniels but that bait never caught me anything but trouble when I got home!
