Rick, great pics. Of all of us, I think a grapple is "indispensable" for you, you really have a lot of tree maintenance. Can't imagine doing
that without a grapple, or two...
that is one seriously heavy duty Bush Hog. Must make a great counterweight for your FEL. I kept my LP finish mower on the back, doubt it weighed half of what
yours does, and always was a little nervous in turns wondering where my clearances were, particularly in the woods.
You have very nice equipment and take good care of it, nice to see.

Thanks Drew. That Bush Hog cutter is on the NH nearly 100% of the time and it does make a great counter weight when picking up big trees. The grapples are installed a great deal of the time also but .. we also have a hydraulic tree / post puller and stump bucket as well and regular FEL buckets for moving dirt and gravel.

Good morning, cloud is breaking up, should soon be nothing but sunshine with a high of 27C/81. The grass cut on Monday is drying nicely, if the rain can hold off for another couple of days it should make some good hay.

Mostly, only one thing to do after a poor fishing day - try again ! :fishing:

Drinking first cup of hot coffee. 49° with clear skies this morning. Heading to 81° with abundant sun. Great day yesterday and got kitchen island sanded and sealed. Need to put up new window shades in bedrooms today. That should be enough for another great summer day.
I noticed that there are no clouds and no Jet Trails in the sky this morning.

Lots going on GM and here at home. I have read all the post but have no time to reply this morning.

David/mfw: take it slow friend. Decisions made during emotional times aren't always the best. Had three wives, two were great, second one was a bounce in less than a year and a very bad decision. Third wife we lived together for three years before getting married, and that sure helped. First wife still good friend. Sometimes the grass is not greener at a new place...and sorry for the heartache you have been through. Been there, done that...

I totally appreciate the advice. I'm trying to take things slowly, COVID makes everything surreal which does not help.

My goal is to be a good boyfriend even GREAT, but that's it. Enjoy MY Life and interests. Be good to me for a while.

David (MFW). You do lead an exciting life. Can稚 see that I壇 ever marry again should something happen to Sophie, but I also wouldn稚 look forward to living alone. I got really lucky this 3rd time, over 30 years ago, and she keeps me my first was kinda a learner for 11 years, but #2 shouldn稚 have happened, but rectified in less than a year.

I just wish I was less of a n00b after all these years. Now I need to buy another trailer... The new mower will not fit on my 5x12 due to sides. Neighbor's got a flatbed, had to buy a pintle hook...

We shall see if I can manage to collect my mower today or be forced to wait until next week...

Sigh, I just never learn...

Good morning all. Not quite death threats, but I didn't want to risk the "or else" looks the sheep were giving me yesterday, so I opened the gate. It was a near stampede when I let them into another field today.
