Gettysburg

Last picture was High Rock, near Pen Mar MD right on the PA border.

Then on to Gettysburg PA, we picked up subs at a local restaurant, then parked in the shade on Seminary Ridge where the Northern VA army was facing the Union. In the far distance of the 2nd picture is little round top.

Here is Front of General Lee statue.


Then up to Pine Grove Furnace, halfway point of the AT and the AT museum.

Ipicture of the store where thru hikers do the famous ice cream challenge.

But we went down the road to the twisty top.
Stopped at the orchard, but don’t have Red Haven peaches yet.
Nice trip in 95° weather.

Got rest of crosscuts done, plus some trimming on the rips. First two boards glued and tacked together with the air nailer and in the clamps. Waiting on timer to do next board.

Moved a couple of 1/4 x 4 x 8 sheets of luan out of the garage down to the basement.

Got the back board on the auger rack relocated lower for clearance.

Just moved the HOSP trap further east on other side of shop, came in dripping with sweat.

Pulled a few weeds in the blueberries earlier, added a cup and half of sulphur to each plant and worked it into the soil and then gave each plant 2 gallons of water.

Timer just went off ... :thumbsup:

Hey Rich, I purchased the NBC sports gold annual race Flat track package for only $10.99 for the rest of the season. I missed yesterday's races...

I will admit I have not yet spent the money. But did watch some early action on the live stream yesterday. Finals were only on the NBC package.

The pro rider I have become friends with this year finished 3rd in his final. Might see him next week at the amateur nationals since we both are into supporting developing riders. I gave him some assistance for what he does for the amateur nationals.
